Hoa Nguyen approached me to develop a brand identity for her campaign to run for David Douglas School Board in east Portland, OR in an off-year election.

objectives

  • Include distinct iconography that communicates the campaign’s goals

  • Emphasize the uniqueness of her last name and honor her heritage

  • Utilize contrasting colors that would draw in attention to the viewer

I created a Canva template to streamline the digital content creation for clients’ staffers.

 

For this election I delivered on a paid mail design for an 11”x6” that would be sent to 10,000 households in the East Portland area.
